Desert flower

I had like a dozen sketches for this trade, yet not a single one did please me enough for me to finish them! I still have couple of those sketches waiting for better skills, since I tried to take a bit too big slice of the cake with poses etc.
But, since I wanted some challenge, I ended up with this character! Sighthounds are major challenge, especially for me who's used to draw wolves and spitz- type dogs. Not only her breed was a huge challenge, but that coloration too - at first the thought of almost completely black, short-haired dog feels easy to draw, but to hell with that. One of the toughest I've had! Yet I did enjoy drawing this, a lot actually, and I hope this pleases Wohweli as well! :>
